Introduction

Digital workplace training
tailored to your business.

Every business has its own processes, tasks and safety requirements. SAFEWORK Software Technologies is developing a modular approach to digital workplace training: businesses should be able to combine the topics and content their employees actually need.

Content is selected and adapted together with the occupational safety specialist, relevant departments and HR.

The modular approach

Suitable training modules from different subject areas are intended to form a business-specific solution – for example logistics, civil engineering, fire safety, ergonomics or IT security. This goes beyond selecting ready-made content: internal processes, responsibilities and real working situations should also be considered.

Your business contributes its requirements. Together, we shape the right training solution.

Guided by actual workplace hazards

The workplace risk assessment provides an important basis for selecting training topics. Content should be adapted to the relevant workplaces and tasks.

SAFEWORK is intended to support organisation, delivery and documentation. Technical review of content and responsibility for workplace instruction remain with the responsible people. Software does not automatically replace required personal instruction, practical training or specialist qualifications.

Examples of possible combinations

Logistics and warehousing: Possible topics include traffic routes, interactions between pedestrians and industrial trucks, warehouse housekeeping, lifting and carrying, and responding to a fire. Selection depends on the actual tasks in your business.

Offices and administration: Topics may include screen-based workstations, ergonomics, fire safety, data protection and IT security.

Civil engineering and installation: Depending on the activity, topics may include personal protective equipment, safe tool use, traffic routes, noise protection and internal reporting procedures.

Planned features

  • Training on company PCs during suitable time slots.
  • Multilingual content for different employee groups.
  • Comprehension questions to check understanding.
  • An overview of assigned training and completion status.
  • PDF training records to support internal documentation.

The features and content to be implemented will be agreed during the pilot collaboration.

Developing together with pilot businesses

SAFEWORK is in the prototype and planning phase. A clickable prototype already demonstrates the intended workflow. The production web app is intended to be developed with pilot businesses based on their practical requirements.

The initial consultation and prototype presentation are free of charge and non-binding. Services, costs and terms of any subsequent pilot partnership are individually agreed before work begins.
